Return Policy
TadiTech's Return Policy is very simple: If you are not satisfied with any product received from us, PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY and, if we can't resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction, we will provide a pre-paid return label for the return and/or replacement of the item(s) with no additional charges to you. If we are not replacing the item, either the invoice or your account will be credited immediately upon receipt of the return.
NOTE: It is extremely important to allow us to provide the RMA# and pre-paid return label in order to rapidly and accurately process your return. Your credit can be considerably delayed if items are returned without an RMA# or returned to the incorrect location. Thank you for your cooperation!
